Homecraft Kings Double Ended Handles with Strap
These handles have utensil apertures in both ends. The holes can be used with up to two utensils to create a versatile utensil for one handed use. This makes it a helpful dining aid for amputees and people with limited hand function or hemiparesis after a stroke. The second utensil, for example the rocker knife or angled knife, can be used with or without the strap. Customize your utensil by using with any two Homecraft Kings Cutlery Utensils.
The handle includes a transparent 210 mm by 20 mm (8.3” by 0.8”) strap and a fixing spigot that fits in the second hole. Both the standard and lightweight versions build up the handle for people with weak grasp. The lightweight option is made of foam and ideal for the elderly and people with arthritis. A replacement pack of ten straps is available.
