Enhance Your Pilates Regimen
The Rotational Disk Board is a great Pilates accessory that increases placement options for hands and feet and increases range for upper and lower body exercises. Alteration of the disks’ location provides a variety of placement options. The disks can be individually mounted to offer an asymmetrical stance, targeting rotation in hip flexion/extension, adduction/abduction, or multiple combinations. A set of two 10” disks are included, or choose the optional 12” disks for greater surface area.
